MaryAnn began her training at Simmons College in Boston, MA, and began working as a PT at Massachusetts General Hospital after graduation. After three years in Boston, she worked in a variety of different venues as a traveling PT for 7 years, and fell in love with outpatient physical therapy. She trained extensively through the Barral and Upledger Institutes to gain specific manual skills in visceral manipulation, viscerovascular, lymphatic drainage, neural manipulation and craniosacral therapy, which she uses regularly to release, realign, and restore balance to the body.
MaryAnn Ghosn, MSPT
MaryAnn has lived in and served the community of Anchorage as a PT and owner of Community Physical Therapy, since 2011. Her clients are the most amazing people, and she thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with them. It has been one of the highlights of her life to own her own business and get to create a space to learn and grow with the people in this town.
She is inspired by the people that she works with and the continuing education that she pursues in order to serve them better. In 2024, MaryAnn attended additional courses that focus on brain and nervous system optimization, as well as an intensive course that specializes in facial paralysis.
